Building Trust in Digital Platforms for Sharing Collaborative Lifestyles in Sustainable Contexts

The term “sharing economy” is intended to identify a set of social relations, digitally mediated, based on the principles reciprocity and trust. However, such must result from technological design requirements platforms used where users deposit their personal data, insert information about interests daily practices, communicate with strangers and, in this way, create bonds. study hereby presented aims guidelines for building trust context mediated sharing collaborative lifestyles, that promote experiences sustainable contexts. Within scope study, lifestyles means non-monetary exchange knowledge, skills, accommodation, food. analyzed — Volunteers Base, Poosh, WWOOF Portugal are non-commercial organizations educational projects eco villages, natural construction rural areas, permaculture farms, among others. A multi-case documentary terms policies published by these digital was carried out. These regulatory documents were submitted content analysis, using Iramuteq MAXQDA software. From 20 emerged, three categories: “practices conduct”, “conditions” “security privacy”, which can guide relationships transparent reliable way.
